Mechanisms of Performance Evaluation in Peacekeeping Operations

Abstract

This project aims at investigating, in the political-strategic, scientific-technological and doctrinal dimensions and under the prism of innovations (technological and non-technological), the structural, organizational and doctrinal mechanisms capable of contributing to the development of new capabilities for the Defence and Land Force in the context of the Future War. In addition, it will seek to discuss aspects capable of favoring the development of interactions between the agents of the Army's innovations system (technological and non-technological) in order to increase the culture of innovation and, by doing that, contribute to strengthening the Defence Industrial Base and, as a consequence, expand deterrence power and the perception of security.
