The Laboratório de Simulações e Cenários da Praia Vermelha (LABSCENPV) is a center of excellence affiliated with the Escola de Comando e Estado-Maior do Exército (ECEME), dedicated to the development of research, education, and strategic foresight activities. By integrating cutting-edge technology, data science, and military expertise, the laboratory fosters the analysis of complex scenarios, simulated exercises, and studies aimed at the formulation of public policies and defense strategies.

 

Equipped with modern infrastructure and interoperable modeling systems, LABSCENPV supports the training of both civilian and military personnel, contributing to the enhancement of decision-making processes in highly complex environments. Its multidisciplinary approach strengthens national capacity to anticipate threats, simulate crises, and propose innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in the fields of security and defense.
