War of the Future, Innovation and Defence Industry

Abstract

Given the speed of the changes observed in all geopolitical scenarios (global, regional and national) and the technological evolution in the Art of War, this project proposes to raise the discussion about the political-strategic and institutional preparation, as well as the preparation of Defence, and, in particular, the Brazilian Army, in the context of the Future War. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on the trend of geopolitical scenarios that will demand the use of the Land Force and the impact of technological innovation on operational employment and, consequently, on military doctrine.
